Q1: Is Cash on Delivery safe? How can I prevent fraud?

We only work with certified logistics providers and provide GPS tracking throughout the delivery process. If the order is abnormal (such as wrong address), customer service will contact you in advance to confirm.

Q2:What should I do if the wig I received is not as expected?

Keep the product in its original condition and contact customer service. We will pick it up for return or exchange within 24 hours. You will never bear any loss!

Q3: Can cash on delivery be rejected?

Of course! As long as you keep the complete packaging and tags, the logistics staff will assist you to return it directly to the warehouse.Generally speaking, if the item(s) are damaged or have serious quality problems, customers can refuse to accept them. However, if it is just for personal reasons (such as not wanting them anymore or ourier can't get in touch with you or the phone call is not working), next time you will not be able to use cash on delivery on our websiteit. Of course, if you do not like this item when you open the box, you can contact us to return the item.

Q4:Can delivery be made to remote areas?

Our logistics network covers more than 90% of Ghana, including cities and towns such as Kumasi, Borgu, and Ouagadougou.

Q5:What if I'm not home when the delivery person comes?

You can schedule a delivery time through the website backend or Whats‘app. If you miss the delivery, the logistics staff will leave the package and notify you by SMS. You can contact customer service within 3 days to arrange a second delivery!

Q6:Will my address and payment information be disclosed?

We use bank-level encryption technology and never ask for bank card information (COD only requires cash/mobile payment). All logistics tracking numbers are only for delivery and cannot be tracked after being destroyed!

Upon delivery, you must pay the courier in cash or via supported electronic payment methods .

2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once confirmed, COD orders cannot be modified in principle. Please double-check product details and shipping information before placing an order.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service before the item is shipped. Otherwise, your ability to use COD services in the future may be affected.

3. Refusal & Responsibility
Unjustified refusal of delivery (e.g., not answering calls, incorrect address, etc.) may impact your credit record and lead to restrictions on future COD orders.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, you may refuse to accept it on the spot and contact customer service immediately for assistance.

4.Delivery Time
1.Our delivery period is 5-7 business days from the date of order. As the delivery date approaches, please keep your phone accessible to ensure timely and secure receipt of your goods.
