Q2: Can I change my order information?

Before making the order, you can. After placing an order, please contact us promptly to change the order details.

Q3: Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately (in 24 hours). Attention: shipped items cannot be canceled or changed. It must be returned.

Q1:How to find my size or length?

We have all the corresponding guidance（Cap size,Length and lace area) on the product page, you can open it and choose the one that suits you.

Q4:What is the density of the wigs?

We have one density-180%, which is the natural density for daily life. If you want a different density, we also accept customization.

Q5: Can I choose custom made?

 Yes, of course we offer customized made. You can contact us by email or phone.

Q1: Is Suqu's wig made from human hair? How can I tell if a wig is made from human hair?

Our wigs are made from 100% human hair. Consider the following method to distinguish if a wig is made from human hair:

① Take a small strand of hair from the wig and burn it with a lighter. Human hair smells like burnt protein. When you rub burnt hair with your fingers, it will turn into ashes.

② Take a single hair strand and run your fingers from the root to the tip, it feels smooth and silky. Then, when you reverse the direction and run your fingers from the tip to the root, you'll notice that it feels dry and less smooth.

Q2:What is a lace frontal wig?

Lace frontal wigs features a sheer lace panel(13x4,13x6 inches) at the front, where individual hair strands are hand-tied to create a natural-looking hairline that blends seamlessly with the scalp. The rest of the wig cap is made from a sturdier material for durability. Lace front wigs offer versatility, allowing various parting styles and a realistic appearance.

Q3:What is a pre-plucked wig?

A pre-plucked wig is meticulously crafted to ensure a natural hairline, setting it apart from standard wigs. It mimics the gradual hairline density, giving a flawless look.

Q4:What is a pre-bleached wig?

A pre-bleached wig is a specially crafted hairpiece where the knots at the base of the wig undergo a lightening process to ensure a more natural scalp appearance.

Q5:Are pre-cut lace wigs beginner-friendly?

Yes, pre cut lace wigs are beginner-friendly as they eliminate the need for intricate customization techniques like cutting the lace or plucking the hairline.

Q6: What is glueless wigs?

A glueless wig is a hairpiece designed to stay put without any adhesive, making it a great option for anyone who wants to keep things simple.This glueless wig features pre-everything(pre-cut lace, a pre-plucked hairline and pre-bleached) with an adjustable elastic band to keep it securely in place. No glue or gel required—just effortless wear with zero hassle. 

Q7:Can I dye, style or cut the hair?

The human hair can be dyed, colored, styled or cut.  But, we advise you choose the right wigs you want. Dying, coloring or too much will ruin the hair and shorten the life span of the wig. If you still want to do so, go to the salon, and hair dresser can get the results you want.

Q8:Is the hair shedding?

All hair gets shedding it’s just the difference of more or less, even our own hair sheds, right? You can use the wig comb and care well to keep great.

Q9:About combing

a.Use a smooth-edged wide-toothed comb

b.Avoid brushing the hair when it’s wet always

c.When detangling your hair ,start with the bottom of the extension and work your way up to reduce pulling at the hair.

Q10:What kind of wigs suitable for cancer patients?

The human hair and soft cap designs are great choices for cancer patients. All of suqu wigs are 100% human hair and have soft cap, which are suitable for cancer patients.

Q11: How long is my wig lifespan?

About 12 months. It can keep longer if cared well.

Q12: What temperatures are safe to use on a wig?

When using hot tools, we suggest temperatures under 180 ℃ for colored hair, and under 200 ℃ for natural colored hair to avoid dryness. Do not leave any hot tools on hair for no more than 30 seconds.

Sorry, the discount code must be used before checkout. After checkout, we will receive the order information and start stocking up.

Q1: How long does it take to ship an order?

We will deal with all of our orders one by one. Most of wigs are in stock, we will ship your order in 24 hours. You can get your parcel in 5-7 business days.But, it is inevitable that some products are out of stock,and it will take 7-10 business days to process and ship the order.
