At Suquhair.com, we do our best to offer high-quality wigs, show the real ccondition of the products, but for some reason, we allow customers to return or exchange the products. The process is easy.

  All products come with a replacement/refund warranty for 30 DAYS from the date of purchase It means there is 30 days time before you want to return or exchange goods, please contact us via email or telephone to discuss the problem you are concerned about first stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt. And ask the customer service staff for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission. We may not receive your return goods, then we will not refund.

RETURNS POLICY

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed. Items must be returned within allowed time frame. Items cannot be worn, chemically treated, cut, washed, or altered in any way, including the removal of tags and labels. If exposed to odors, such as cigarette smoke or perfume, items will not be accepted.Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

      The customer must tell us specific explanation and offer clear corresponding photographs for the return. Once we confirm the reality, the customers can return the product(s) to the address we offer. When we receive the products and confirm the products are in original condition, you will receive a confirmation email. The refunds will be given in 3—5 working days to your account.

If there is no product quality problem, due to the customer's personal reasons, such as dislike/choose the wrong color/choose the wrong size...please understand this fee. Wigs come into contact with our bodies (scalp), and for personal health and hygiene reasons, returned wigs will be sent back to the factory for destruction and will not be resold.)

Return & Refund Policy

Notes:

 We always devote ourselves to satisfying customers. It is can’t avoid returning, if it happens, according to the returning process, there are some details about this item, pls read carefully.

      1.If the products have quality problem, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return in no used state within 30 days of receipt.(We will pay the return cost because of the quality problem.)

     2.The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, the reason for the return: refund, size exchange or color exchange, and an explanation and photographs stating the reason.

    3.Wig accessories, such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings, special-order items are FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.

    4.All the order total can be exchanged or returned.

    5.All items must be in a new condition. Items cannot be tried on and cannot be worn, with all original packaging.

    6.All items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.

    7.Items that do not meet these criteria will be not returned or exchanged.   

    8.Shipping fees for returns are paid by the customer.But, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

     8.Promotional items(Gifts, etc of the product being returned must also be sent back , otherwise retail value will be charged.

     9.All items will give you a refund when we receive the products in original condition.  If you return the products are over 30 days, you can not return it .

    10.All the refunds will be reached in 1—3 working days. If there is something wrong, please contact us quickly.

 CHANGE POLICY

We provide change instructions.
1.When you receive the products and exchange it,please contact us and send the product(s) to us, when we receive it and confirm the original condition, we will ship a new one to you.
2.If you want to change the products, pls contact us at once. Once the products are shipped and can’t stop the logistics, customers can receive the products and return to us, and the returning fee is paid by customers. Of course, if the products are not shipped, you can change the products. The difference price will depend on the product you choose again.

3.We only accept the exchange the goods in 30 days. Beyond this time, we will deal your problem according our policy, and you can’t exchange the products.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    We know things always are changeable. So, you can change your mind. But, it is important to note that our wigs are custom-made, once production process begins, Labor Costs and Material Costs will be incurred. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

    1. You can cancel your order in 24 hours. We will give you the full refund.

    2. Once the products are shipped and can’t stop the logistics. The order can’t be canceled. Customers can receive the products and return to us.

    3. If the products are not shipped for some reason, you can cancel the order and you also can get a full refund.

    4. If you do not reply us to confirm your cancellation request within 5 days, we will cancel your order and offer the refund according to our cancellation policy.

         If you have some special requests, please contact us within 3 days, or we will ship the products. Beyond 3 days. We will solve your problem according to our policy.

    DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS 

    You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

    LATE/MISSING REFUNDS

    All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 1-3 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

    If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:

    *Check your bank again (transaction may be delayed).

    *Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 7-10 business days to process the balance).
